The Music Man

Panayiotis Savva is the owner/ sound engineer of a studio and record label, plays in a band, deejays and also has a collectables store – not bad considering he is still only 24 years old! Paula Gray spoke to him about the music industry in Cyprus.

Q: Tell us a bit about your background and your company Fishbone Records.
A: I studied sound engineering in Athens after I finished the army and opened the studio two and a half years ago. Along with the studio itself, Fishbone Records is a record label and artist management company.
