The Land of Cherry Blossom

Japan – a country with thousands of years of history and a seemingly impossible mix of cutting-edge technology and centuries-old traditions. The land of the Rising Sun, of Kimonos and Happi Coats, 3G technology and Video Games, ancient shrines, martial arts, calligraphy and…… cherry blossom!.

Nothing can really describe the amazing mix of past and future; the attention to detail; the calmness coupled with the bustle; the beauty and the practicality; the hospitality; the sometimes inscrutable appearances yet the overwhelming warmth of personality and the genuine desire for friendship and understanding.
Japan is a year-round destination, but the legendary cherry blossom is at its peak at the end of March and the beginning of April and is simply breathtaking; we’re talking of roads, canals, rivers and walkways all turned into frothy pale pink tunnels.
