Some time ago you answered a question about the return of VAT on property. Can you let me know how we apply for a VAT refund?

The process for applying for a VAT grant is quite straightforward. Assuming that everything is OK, you should hear within three months or so.
You need to complete an application form and submit it to the authorities, together with the following information:
• Documents verifying the size and type of the property (architect’s certificate) together with the date on which the application for building permission was submitted or a copy of the building permission
