Pause for Thought

One of my favourite ‘Love Songs’ of all time was written by John Lennon and sung by the Beatles. The song - ‘All You Need Is Love’ is a classic and contains a simple message which can be understood by all nationalities.

But what is love? The Oxford dictionary describes the meaning of the word ‘Love’ as – An intense feeling of deep affection.
Just over 38 years ago, I experienced for the first time this wonderful intense feeling of deep affection for another person. That person is my wife and I still feel the same way about her today. Without love we are all poor because love provides both the stability and consistency in which life thrives.
