Our next project was a wired double bracelet.  Once again the beads were carefully chosen and then a decision had to be made about the exact positioning of each one.  When making a bracelet of this kind you have to take into consideration where the beads are going to be in relation to your wrist, remembering that there has to be room for a fastener too.

We were shown how to measure, to lay the whole thing out with the beads where we thought they should go - in other words - once again it was all down to planning. After which we began to thread the beads onto one of the strands of wire and then we were introduced to clamps. Ah! now, there are many different kinds of clamp, depending on what you are doing, in this case the ones we were going to use were the tiniest thingswe'd ever seen.
